MISS PHILIPPINES VANCOUVER IS VALEDICTORIAN

Congratulations to our Miss Philippines Vancouver 2019, Shawna Pedida Warhurst for being the Valedictorian of her graduating class! 

 

Shawna recently graduated from the Special Education Teaching Assistant Diploma Program from Sprott Shaw College. In addition, she had taken courses in Extended Learning at UBC. She is now a Special Education Teaching Assistant at a private academy in the Tri-Cities.

 

Shawna has had notable accomplishments throughout the year winning as Miss Philippines Vancouver 2019, Miss Community and Best in Swimsuit and later won Ms. Vancouver 2019 First Runner-Up and Best in Catwalk. 

 

Proud to have Shawna exemplify the essence of beauty from within! Not only is she a stand out on stage; she is such a joy to be with. 

Miss Philippines International of BC & Canada takes great pride in showcasing beyond beauty and confidence; moreover, the importance of education and academic achievements. Our organization has contributed to Young Focus Philippines, an established organization dedicated to providing high quality education to young children in the Philippines.
